Terms of Service

These terms are between you and FiniiOne AI Technologies Pvt Ltd, operating under the brand FiniiOne AI. Our registered office is RZD-368 ,GRD FLOOR GALI 5, MAHAVIR ENCLAVE, Palam Village, New Delhi, South West Delhi- 110045, Delhi.

You need a valid email and mobile number to use FiniiOne. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business details you enter, for the sub-users you invite, and for the activity carried out under your account. Sign-in codes are personal — please do not share them.

• The free trial allows up to 50 stock entries and 5 tax invoices, valid for 3 days.
• Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period and renew only when you pay for the next period.
• While a plan is active, the next plan applies from the following renewal.
• Coupon codes are issued by us and can be applied on the payment page only.
• Subscription fees already paid for a started period are non-refundable unless required by law.

• KYC checks run on prepaid credits purchased separately from your subscription.
• Credits are deducted only for checks that complete successfully.
• Verification results come from third-party and official data sources; we present them as received and do not guarantee their accuracy.
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable once used.

When you upload customer, vendor or employee details — or run a KYC check on another person or business — you confirm that you have obtained their consent for that purpose and that you will use the results only for lawful onboarding, credit assessment or compliance. You must not run checks out of curiosity, for surveillance, or on anyone who has not consented.

We process that data only on your instructions, as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Do not use FiniiOne for unlawful invoicing, tax evasion or fraudulent documentation.
• Do not attempt to access another business's workspace or bypass access controls.
• Do not resell, scrape or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not upload malicious files or content you have no right to use.

We work to keep FiniiOne available at all times, but maintenance, third-party outages and events beyond our control may interrupt service. Support is available by email and phone during working days, normally answered within one working day.

FiniiOne is a record-keeping and compliance tool, not a substitute for professional tax or legal advice. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or loss of data caused by your own deletions.

We may suspend an account for non-payment, unlawful use or a security risk, with notice wherever possible. You may close your account at any time from the data rights page. Statutory records are retained for the periods stated in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
